Tracking my orderUpdated 3 months ago

Upon dispatch, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please use this to track your items and in the event, you need more information please contact the courier directly with your questions.

When orders are shipped from our warehouse it may take 24hrs or more for tracking details to show. 

If you have not received tracking details please ensure to check your junk folder before contacting us. Auspost and our couriers often have delays so please ensure sufficient time before contacting us. Delays are almost definite during peak times such as Christmas so ensure you order early. We cannot guarantee delivery times under any circumstances as once your item is with the carrier, it is totally out of our control.
